I'm Luke, a real person from North London. I've spent the last ten years working across AI, technology startups and scaleups — commercially and operationally, across sales, product, clients, customers and technology. I've managed teams, shipped products, bought hundreds of thousands of pounds of technology, and sold a great deal more of it.
I've also been a founder myself. That business failed — but it failed fast, and that experience shaped how I think about momentum, validation and execution.
